  These guys are saints. The first time I used them a couple of years ago, I was so pleased at how fast they did things! They warned me that they had to order parts, but once they were in, it would be same day service. And it was! Then, this year, I had the most complicated phone issue EVER. Long story short, they tried everything and cut my costs as much as they could - and in the end, found me a replacement phone for a great discount. All the while, they have been friendly and courteous with me, even though I was "that customer" that had to keep coming back with an issue! ;) Plus, they have been so cooperative in helping me file a claim with square trade. These folks do great work, are fast, reliable, and super cooperative. They won't rip you off. I'll always go back to them. Thanks Kevin & Zack!
