- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 27, 2019, by BenEmployee called police on customer. I asked to use a phone to call to call AT&T customer support after my phone broke. Employee wanted to go home "on time" and didn't want to help me even though there was half an hour left in the day! It was shocking and really can't believe it happened. I can't wait until I get a phone and can follow up on this. I wonder if he actually filed a report!?
