  Have had Sprint for 11 years. Great place to throw away your valuable time before getting any sort of acknowledgment or service. Horrible customer service and contemplating switching carriers now.

  I love coming into this Sprint store because the guys here are all amazing! Always an above and beyond experience! I had the pleasure of getting help from not only Reese, but also Andrew and Christian (one of whom was in training). Reese was kind enough to even run to another store just so I could get the IPhone color I preferred. The whole experience was a huge reflection on the type of incredible customer service this store offers.
