  The Store Owner, Paul has been very helpful in getting everything I need for my new 200 gallon tank setup. He has been very fair and matched prices that were found on the internet. He also was willing to special order large and hard to locate items that most stores (even the big boys like Petco) are no longer willing to do! Paul had almost everything ready for pickup within one week! I salute Paul for going the extra mile and making phone calls on my behalf and also for the excellent customer service he provides to ALL his customers!!!

  Very knowledgeable and caring owner. Willing to order items as well as suggest new items to replace things you may have bought other places. I drive in from Creswell to shop there because they always treat me and my animals fantastic. Could I order online? Sure. If I did that, would I be supporting small businesses and the local economy? No. I'm proud to support small and local businesses, especially ones that care about their customers.
