As for customer service, I wish all retail salespeople were as good as Lindsay! She helped me find what I was looking for, promised to call me when they received an item I requested, gave great suggestions based on her own experience (as a first time mom I appreciate this very much), and helped me carry my purchases to my car. I left feeling totally satisfied and will definitely go back.
