  I received my recliners last Tuesday I was so excited!!! I'm 61 years old and waited my whole adult life to be able to purchase a La-Z-Boy recliner. I purchased 2 Mavericks upholstered in leather. Had I not ordered 2 I may have never noticed the differences. The one recliner looks and feels new, however the 2nd recliner is noticeably different!!! The first time I reclined I noticed the foot rest isn't anywhere near close to level it is markedly lower on the right side then the left, and this was the first time I sat and/or reclined in it. I called the store...but the receipt does clearly state there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, I never thought I'd get either a used recliner that had been on a showroom floor or was clearly a defective or poorly made recliner for $1600.+ So now a technician is coming out to "FIX" my BRAND NEW RECLINER!!! As happy as I am with the one recliner is just as unhappy as I am and disappointed in my second recliner. Both are the same recliners purchased at the same time and should have looked pretty similar. Not one obviously new and the other obviously NOT. Even when you stand back and look at the two chairs side by side the cushions and everything looks "worn in" on the one recliner cushions flattened out, wrinkles, and a lop-sided foot-rest, and on the other recliner it all looks fresh, puffy, with barely any wrinkles and looks like and feels like NEW. Never in a million years when I signed that receipt did I ever expect to get defective, inferior, or used merchandise. I expected only the BEST from La-Z-Boy. So I signed without hesitation laid down almost $3,200.00 and waited 10 weeks while they were being custom built for me and this is what gets delivered to me, an inferior/defective recliner with absolutely no recourse. I have always recommended La-Z-Boy to my friends, unfortunately, at this point I would not ever recommend your company again to anyone unless this issue is resolved satisfactorily.

  Great experience at store. Sales person made certain chair fit my body and my needs. Many selections to choose from. Chairs arrived when expected and we picked up ourselves at store. Very efficient help with putting our chairs into our van. So glad we went there. Satisfied customers, M. Redieske,
