  My husband and I stopped in on our way home from picking me up sick from work, to get cough medicine. I remained in the the jeep for the incident. He entered the store, and upon looking around the store, he couldn't find any. When he asked the female clerk if she had cough medicine in her store, she shouted at him that she had kicked him out the previous day. He quickly assured her that he'd never been in this store before in his life, she shouted at him again the same accusation and urged him to leave. Of course he did so and enlightened me on how he'd been treated. My husband was publicly embarrassed by this woman, and we are asking the store manager provide video proof that my husband was ever in that store, which he wasn't. I'm also asking for a formal apology. Hopefully after leaving a message on their non-specific, unproffesional message machine, this can be resolved. All we wanted was cough medicine. How rude! Update: After a phone call was received back, the owner apologized for their mistake and offered an in person apology as well. Owner stated the previous day a complete lookalike had stolen from her store, and she was convinced it was him. As she understood it was not, she clearly felt bad for the embarrassing accusation. All turned out well.
