  Yeah so if i could give negative stars believe me, i would. I am beyond displeased with my experience of Jim and his cohort completely ruining more than 3 jackets of mine. I feel as though three chances is a fair amount and more than enough times to get something done correctly. Now, as a worker in the service industry it is a commonality to refund your clients of the many mistakes you made during the FIVE MONTHS you had to correct your errors. I expect nothing less than $90 as compensation for the trashed jackets and the digitalized files of the patches for future use at a place that is able to correctly finish a job. I'm putting this here so less spoken people can still be heard while you literally screw them in the butt. Thanks for... listening? Oh but thats what you should do anyway as an employee which had repsonsibility thrust upon you.
