No high pressure sales tactics and they are happy to answer any and all questions. I live in Florence, about an hour and a half away and I try to make it a point to stop in any time I happen to be in Eugene. Caddis Fly is a real pleasure to visit. Everything I have purchased there has lived up to my expectations.
