  Within two days after having Bug Man come and spray and set traps for mice we caught them in the house for a few days but after that we hadn't card anymore and they followed up nicely . I am very pleased with their service

  I texted with a last minute request to get a dead animal from under the house. I got a call back in 10 minutes & a member of the team came out that day! Also, I planned to do it myself and one of the things I didn't think of was how best to treat the lingering smell, which they took care of as well. Prompt, reliable, friendly and most important, the ability to get a night of sleep after the smell kept everyone in the house awake for two nights. Can't thank the team enough.

  Dave is not pleasant to speak to. Very rude! Feel I was tricked and lied to. I wish I could give a zero! Dave is a HORRIBLE man. He belittles you. He left 75% of the important information one would like to know when starting service. Then when you ask questions he treats you like you are the stupidest human on earth, talks over you and raises his voice. The man is a complete jackass! But he was sure to remind me over and over that out of 6000 customers I am the ONLY one to ever have a problem with him and that I am flat out unreasonably for working a 9-4 job and not taking being able to let his tech in my house alone unsupervised...(keeping in mind I had JUST found out moments before requesting service at 4:30 that the techs only work Monday-Friday 9-4:00 themselves...)
